I was relaxing with you till you started running downhill. I'm afraid I would trip and end up tumbling down the hill, but I would make it to the bottom.

I like to think that something really good always happens after something really bad - but maybe it’s just that you aren’t climbing anymore and running down the mountain feels amazing!

That’s true! Peaks and valleys! Great analogy Sarah, I need to think about it. It’s sort of an inverse relationship to what we normally feel as our spirits rise, then fall.
